No problem. I thought regenerating the CSS would have solved the issue so I marked the issue resolved prematurely. I am still getting the issue unfortunately.

In the status under Site Health, I did see a performance issue of Outdated Critical CSS, which seems is the likely issue.

Here is an example of what the website menu looks like in the Elementor Editor view when the Forminator plugin is active.
