Hello @jeffreyhxm
Thanks for figuring out the issue, Yes date is a required for calculating seat because events fully depend on date, some events can be recurring, some can multiple time in a day, so we need to calculate seat by date & time, So the date is a big factor.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hello @azhargill
By default save as Simple Product and as Virtual, So when you set Yes on Enable Shipping Method on the event? setting its become only Simple Product. By default woocommerce not apply the shipping method to the virtual products. And the checkout process fully handles by the woo-commerce plugin we can not override the default behavior from our plugin.
Thanks
Thanks for your answer, we are working on it. let you know the update soon
two quick questions:
1. Which payment method you’re using for card payment and the plugin name?
2. After the decline what was the order status?Asking because most card payment plugin marks the order status pending until the payment is done, and we are following this rule, seat only reduces if the order status Processing/Completed. So if the status is pending after card decline the seat should be available for booking.
Thanks
Instead of using date function, you can use get_mep_datetime($date,$type) this function to display the correct date because date returns the server DateTime.
It will display the date according to wp date settings
echo get_mep_datetime($date,’date’);It will display the date as text according to wp date settings
echo get_mep_datetime($date,’date-text’);It will display the date & time according to wp date settings
echo get_mep_datetime($date,’date-time’);It will display the date text as text according to wp date settings
echo get_mep_datetime($date,’date-time-text’);Thanks
Hello @arlienyams
Thanks for your message, i guess you missed to create woocommerce page during woocommerce installing. Please follow the steps to create woocommerce pages:
1. Go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
2. Click on Tools tab from the top left area
3. Scroll down to “Create default WooCommerce pages”
4. Click on Create Pages
5. After successfully completing the above steps you will see this message “All missing WooCommerce pages successfully installed.”I hope after this the issue will be solved.
Thanks
