It seems to be happening if somebody has insufficient funds in their card, then they process it again. So they get the initial failure, then once successful it changes it to processing status. Weirdly though, I did a search for Star Wars products and its showing 18 products, but at the top it says 1 – 10 out of 93 products. I understand that trying to do this for your clients as they can get confused. A tip I’ve learned along the way is that most clients will look at the backend and go “Wow, this is confusing”, however what I’ve done is made generic documentation for clients. I basically go into detail, showing images and step by steps on how they can edit it. I also make sure they know only to touch what I say to touch. I note down all pages that they don’t need to access such as ‘settings’. * However, this post might be handy for you.
