 * i am using wp mail smtp, that is what my question was regarding. it does not
send the email from the site when requested. i get an error which says
    SMTP -
   > ERROR: Failed to connect to server: A connection attempt failed because the
connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established
connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (10060)
 * does anyone understand what this means please?
