 * pwidder, unfortunately no I wasn’t able to get this resolved. I’m somewhat of
   a noob to WPMU, but I’ve learned that the database is setup a bit differently
   so plugins have to take this into consideration or they won’t work with Multisite.
 * I ended up moving the site that needed this plugin into its own WP installation.
   Good luck though, if you get this resolved please bump the thread.
