 * I have about 300 products (including variable). Do you know if its difficult 
   to re-import the products after I reinstall woocommerce?

 * I just installed the WP Mail Log plugin and see that the customer emails don’t
   show up in the log, so I guess they are routing directly out via Creative Mail’s
   gateway.
 * Now I need to see if the duplication is occurring on my side or within the Creative
   Mail’s world.

 * Hi Ian,
 * I installed the Health Check and status of site is Good. I also turned off the
   Creative Mail plugin, and when I created another order – no mail went through.
   I turned it back on and mail worked again.
 * Not sure what changed, but now when I put a test order through, I get two emails
   confirming the order and the biz side gets none.
 * Is there any logging that shows email activity?
