Thanks for you reply. * At the time I’m working on the website (developing version), but this is what I’ve got using Twenty Fourteen theme with no plugins but All-In-One Event Calendar. I use a Twenty Fourteen child theme, actually, but just with different colours. * Twenty Fourteen has one widget, called Ephemera. I activated the AIO Event Calendar and used Ephemera widget to show some video posts (as video post format). The problem is when I’m in the event page. In the Ephemera widget I can see all the written content of the upcoming events. * If you browse [this page](http://www.effestudioweb.com/ami/ai1ec_event/una-guida-per-chi-guida-al-motoclub-milano-1904/?instance_id=10) you can see what I mean (under tags there’s a widget called ‘Ephemera’). * I think, though, that it’s not a problem of the plugin. In my case the Ephemera Widget is to show some videos from YouTube. I created two posts in video post-format with the code embedded from YouTube. This is not correct! Thank bcworkz for your help. Well, I’ve actually changed a bit of code again to try to come to an end, so my plugin version is now [number 3](http://pastebin.com/hfSN2rH5). In comparison with the second version, I think that I can use just one function to retrieve data from the database. The problem is passing those data to JavaScript once the wanted value is selected. Well, I can’t! I’ve read that I have to store the variable in hidden form fields but the only one I get is the last one.
