I thought I’d gone through every single setting – but under “Event List/Archives” at the bottom, “Default Event List Options”, I was able to set the number. Even though the “add to calendar” link was showing up on my single events pages, in order to actually see the code and remove it, I had to migrate to V6 formatting and then re-enable “Super Advanced Mode”. That did the trick, it was just a little confusing. All of a sudden I have lists! I am guessing because I had just installed the plugin and immediately created a form, maybe it took a while for the plugin to fully connect.
