    Well, the original issue has been solved without doing anything.
    We have to think that there was something wrong with PayPal instead of our website and this plugin.
    However, we have met with a new issue.
    Please have a look at the feedback from one of our customers:

    I’ve tried three different times to finish the payment. I’m going through PayPal and when it comes time to finalize my purchase it keeps telling me the State field is required. It has the state in it but will not let it go through. It keeps saying State is required field. Frustrating. I feel I need to go somewhere else which is a shame. I purchased the 60 inch Black Hunter a few weeks ago and had no problem. I was going to order 3 Phantoms but doesn’t look like it’s going to happen now.

    Thanks for your response!
    We have checked all the settings you mentioned above, purge all cache and tried again.
    Still the same result.
    Page stuck at “securely logging you in…” for about one minute and then end up with a “We’re sorry
    Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.” warning.

    Currently, we are not able to test with LIVE API because PayPal dooesn’t accept Chinese credit card payment for Chinese account.

    As to your note:
    1. Nothing to do with the guest checkout because NONE of our customers can finish the payment since three days ago, with or without a PayPal account.
    2. Yes, we saw that button.

    We have also submitted this issue to PayPal but haven’t heard from them yet.
    Any suggestion would be helpful.

    1. Yes we also tried with LIVE Api, got the same issue.
