In fact, it depends on the framework that you are using – in the sense that if the theme is already using the functionality done with plugins. For example, functions of SEO plugins that are built into themes. I myself use Genesis for two of my sites and free WordPress themes for others. I personally believe in using simple responsive themes and to supplement them for additional functionality with plugins though I do not use too many plugins.

No, it is not shipped with WordPress.
I tried to visit the developer site but my MacTop blocked the site as dangerous.
That means you have to delete the WP-Debug plugin.

If you want to retain the design as the original, you may want to find a WordPress theme that is somewhat similar to your current design or hire a custom theme designer who can do the job for you. You can find a lot of free WordPress themes here: http://wordpress.org/themes/

In reply to: Weird plugin codeThat’s nice to know. Now activate plugins one by one and find out which plugin is causing the problem. Once you locate it you can delete it and reinstall it and see if still the problem exists.
