Thank you a lot for your response.
As per your suggestion, I did the test with one of the WP theme, and you are right, tabs appear. So clearly the discrepancy is with the theme I am using.
Any idea how I can fix it? Maybe changing some code?
On the Elementor front, I think I will have to check latter on, once problem solved with the theme.
(One issue after another hahaha)
