 * My menu on the right says:
 * Otter options
 * Show onboarding modal
 * Block tools default
 * Custom css, animation, visibility conditions (on toggles)
 * Block settings
 * It is in the same location as on your screen but is completely different. None
   of the options seem to do anything useful.

 * The bar on the right looks nothing like what it does on your test screen.

 * I hope the screenshot is visible (seems to be having issues saving onto this).
   The box on the right is completely different on mine, it has a few options but
   none of them involve anything I can do to customize them,
