Support » Plugin: Zephyr Project Manager » ZPM_Manager can delete/change any team

  • I noticed that a ZPM_Manager can change the team name, or delete a team, at Teams and Members from the Zephyr WP dashboard, regardless of whether the team involves him/herself.

    How should I prevent this? Thanks.

    I am experiencing the same situation:

    Which fields would you want the frontend user to change:
    For myself, I require only: Status; File upload; and discussion to be editable

    In the Setting -> general Setting
    under permissions and capabilities, I think the developer should bring something like
    “Update Task” and only allow Status; File upload; and discussion to be updated.

    This is a great plugin, and with suggestions, the developer will sort out the little tweaks for us

    Yes, indeed a neat plugin. For me, I probably only need discussions to be updated. For File upload we use another solution that has more features but that’s another topic.

    Thanks for the feedback here and I am always happy to help out.

    Just wanted to let you know the issue is now resolved and will send the updated versions now via email to both of you. Then, I will update the plugin once it is confirmed as well.

    Leon: Thank you for the idea. I have added an ‘Edit Task’ permission – however, just to confirm, do you mean adding multiple permissions to the select fields for each of the task fields to set whether users can edit each field individually on a per/user role basis?
