• I have the free version currently installed on a client’s website. We are looking at going pro for the clustering capability. I have a problem and a question.

Problem: It seems I can’t adjust the zoom shortcode so that the Eurasian and Australian land masses are not duplicated on either end of the map when fully zoomed out. My client wants the map only as big as the outer edges of the most extreme pins on the map and wants Alaska to be on the extreme left. What shortcode would I use to achieve this?

Question: If we go pro, can we add more than one map to the website and if so, can I assign the same pins to more than one map? My client wants a world and a continent-specific map on his site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

the pro version allows you to set “Max bounds” for a map, which can be used to limit the viewable and pannable area of a map – you can try this out at https://demo.mapsmarker.com (create a new map, turn on advanced editor and use the related button in the tab “map”)

And yes, you can add more than one map to the website (this is also possible with the free version) as well as assigning pins to more than one map with our pro version.
    best,

    Robert
