    I am a bit confused. The details page mentions Zoho Desk at the bottom of the list but I cannot find any documentation on this.

    Please guide.

    Yes, Zoho Desk is supported. The documentation will be added soon.

    OK. I guess I will have to wait till you add the documentation.

    I tried to use your plugin but no ticket was created NOR was there any log created to check what went wrong.
