The packaged zip file was not found. Be sure the zip package is in the same directory as the installer file. I wondered if it was a problem with Hostgator, as I’m trying to clone an existing site to a new domain within the same live server. I see you’re point with regards to the size.. You had a problem with 217MB and what I’m trying to upload is 370MB. I guess this is my problem!.. I will strip out a few plugins and whatever else i can get away with dumping and try try try again!..lol.. I have installed plugins that I’m not going to need on the final cloned site mate.. * What I’m basically doing is taking over a second pub here in the UK and want to clone my existing website over to the new pubs domain name.. (Has take hours though) And you were bang on correct. It seems that size really does matter..haha.. Also, extracting all files from the zip and manually uploading via FTP worked perfectly.
