zip file in my host

    Good morning,
    I’ve used duplicator for transfer a complete wp site from a name domine and hosting from another different name domine and hosting and everything it work fine.
    The only thing it’s that now in the new hosting i see just the archive zip ofthe entire site and the installer.php
    It will be possibile to open the zip and to have all the files (of the archive zip) on the site root?

    Hey Lkstudio,

    You will still need to run the installer, if you want to manually extract the archive you can do that as well, however on step 1 under advanced options you will need to check the ‘Manual Extraction’ mode.
