Zip Code Range with Wildcard

I’m having trouble finding any documentation on how to properly use a zip code range but I also need to pair it with a wild card. From what I can gather would it be something like “200**…220**” to do a wildcard with a zip code range? Or “200**-220**”? Also if this is possible are you able to set up zones for these specific zip code ranges that only take affect when someone from that area calculates shipping? Any help would be amazing. Thanks!
