The system and plugin works quite well, however don’t expect support if you have issues or need it reset. The people who man their chat and email are of no help at all, even in their paid Business+ account. Placed many support requests for the exact same simple issue. The issues arise once you hit their word limit. It seems the ONLY option available is to upgrade otherwise the account is effectively locked out from changes. Deleting translations or languages to reduce the word count doesn’t work because the account is effectively locked, unless you let them upgrade first, giving them more money. They said they reset it but all they reset was the billing and hence got double-billed, but the problem remained. Insisted we upgrade otherwise would remove the existing translations. Note when we upgraded from the business to business plus on the same day, we still got billed the entire amount and no discounting for what you’ve paid. The only way I think my problem can be resolved is if we stay with them is to cancel the existing account, hoping we won’t be billed a forth time in the same month, then start again with a new one but making sure the exceptions in place first. Wish I knew that before we started. Nice core system, terrible support, inflexible upgrades and watch their billing!
