 * Install, “Modify the original upload date” on a media item, Save… nothing. Doesn’t
   look like this plugin works with WordPress 4.5.2.

 * The plugin actually works fine with WordPress 4.5.2, but you seem to be using
   some other plugin which is in conflict with this one. Could you share me the 
   list of plugins you’ve had active at the time of testing mine, so that I can 
   see what and where is the problem?
