Thanks for your message. I understand that the products are not being syncing to Facebook properly, a zero stock quantity is showing on Facebook side.
You can try a manual syncing by following the instructions that are available here.
If this doesn’t help, I would suggest checking the common scenarios that cause the products to do not sync properly.

Can you please explain what this means in regard to a variant ID on the product page please?

The opposite of this is why a product would show no Variant ID in the Facebook metadata box – if this is blank, the first thing to check would be if the product has stock.”
I have just looked on some products and they are all showing varient ID’s on the right column. Is that right?

I think you are referring to this part of the documentation:

The normal behavior is that Out of stock products on your store will not be synced to Facebook, on the other hand, products that are in stock on your store will be synced.
You can manually sync the product, then give it a while to let it process.
After that, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (From the drop-down select Facebook for WooCommerce if visible).
Let us know what you find.
