Zero byte uploads

I am using this plug-in and Envira Gallery. When I upload pictures to my Azure Blob storage, the various sizes are created (for thumbnail, medium size, etc..). But the original file (i.e. IMG_4004.JPG) is uploaded at zero bytes. the other files are fine.

The problem is Envira tries to reference that original file.

I had about 600 pictures uploaded and it seemed like about 1/2 of them had zero bytes. I created a new Azure container. I have uploaded 25 pictures and they all are zero bytes (for the original file; other file sizes fine).

Any ideas on this one? Thank you.
