zerif pro background video

    I can’t get background video to work on my site using Zerif Pro. I also cannot work out how to leave a message with their support team! I have selected background video and added an MP4. The site looks exactly the same with no video showing. Then I added a youtube plugin. Still same issue. Any ideas?
