    Who specifically told you to post here? This is the support forum for the Woocommerce plugin, not for asking fee questions.

    If you mean that Zendesk link then please contact the author of that Zendesk add-on directly.

    The helpdesk said to ask woocommerce, but if this is wrong, I will ask through the presales portal instead. I didn’t realise that the plugin was separate from woocommerce.

    Sorry, I now see that it isn’t even a woocommerce integration, it is third party. Sorry for the confusion.
