Same with all browsers. Strange: it’s ok at http://www.afnews.info/wgg/ while the option does not appear at http://www.afnews.info/wordpress/ (I have 2 blogs).
WordPress last version. Windows last version. But they are the same for the 2 blogs…

    Hi friends! No one’s there?… 🙂

    Hey,

    thanks for reaching out!
It seems that the plugin detected that you are not writing in English and unfortunately in that case it disables the recommended articles from around the world as we only support English written articles. You can try changing the “Site Language” settings in the General Settings for WordPress and see if that changes anything.

Really sorry for this inconvenience, take care and have a lovely day,
    Petra

Sigh. Nope. I tried, but… nothing changed at http://www.afnews.info/wordpress/. By the way, in my other blog ( http://www.afnews.info/wgg/ ) it works fine, and the language is Italian. So… I cannot understand what’s wrong… 🙁

    Hmmmm…weird.
Interesting part here is that when I go to http://www.afnews.info/wordpress/ Google (Translate) asks if I wish to have the page translated, but when I go to http://www.afnews.info/wgg/ nothing happens. So, something must be different if Google notices that one blog is not in English and I think this is the same reason our plugin picked up on the language. Do you have completely the same plugins installed on both blogs and also, which ones?

Yes, I have differente plugins… (first one is a journalistic daily bog, the other is a personal one). Anyway, as I told, I tried English in the first site, but it does not change anything…

I tried to deactivate all the plugins… No use. 🙁
And WordPress is Italian in both blogs, same version, everything seems to be the same in the configuration… One works, the other not… Incredible.

Hmmm….I have an idea that I will try out and get back to you tomorrow – in the meantime, you can try to install our other plugin, that is really similar and see if it helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/related-posts-by-zemanta/

    I tried: same problem… 🙁

OK, this worked in the past but haven’t tested this lately:
    1. uninstall our plugin
    2. install WordPress Language plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-language/
    3. change the language to German or some other
    4. change the language to English
    5. install our plugin
    6. no more steps 🙂

Keeping my fingers crossed it will work if not I am running out of ideas to be honest.

Let me know how it goes, take care and have lovely day,
    Petra
