• Hello,

I’ve been using Zemanta for some time on other sites and recently ran into a problem where the Editorial Assistant won’t load. It makes a spot on the post page but it’s just the title bar, no information, suggested tags, or links.

I’ve gone through and tried each plugin one by one and still have the issue. The plugin DID work on the site before we got had SSL added and that’s the only other thing I can think of.

Is there a known issue perhaps?

    Cheers,

    Hey!

Hm, this does sound a bit weird, yes! Would you go delete your browsing data (cache), restart your browser and try again then? Did that help or does the problem persist?

Also — would you mind telling us which are the other plugins on your WordPress’s Dashboard? And the browser extensions you have installed? We’d like to replicate the problem and this comes very useful for us.

It also helps to disable all these plugins or/and extensions to see if one of them is causing us problems. Or to switch browsers. Did this help in any way?

Let us know and we’ll be more than glad to help you out! Here’s my email address: support@zemanta.com

Take care & have a nice day!

    Best,
    Silvo

I actually figured it out and it is related to SSL.

I use Chrome and there’s a little notice in the address bar on the right side when I’m on a secure page that has mixed content. By default, it blocks it but I can click it and reload the page with the mixed content.

It is an SSL issue but more of an issue of me not paying attention.
