Yes, Youzify is compatible with Elementor. But please note, Youzify pages and components can not be edited with Elementor or any plugin builder as we use our own framework. However, you can add Youzify shortcodes to the Elementor block.

Another question, as Buddypress, is Youzify able to mahange groups annd email comunication xith each member separately, and all the group email sending?

When a group with memebr is settled I need to have the availability to send private messages to all the complete group, and to eache member individually.

Unfortunately you can not send Private Message specifically to exact group members. But you can send Private Message to all members manually or send messages to All members bulky.
