YouTube video problem on mobile

    Hello

    This plugin is very interesting compared to others I tried. Only, I’m having trouble running YouTube videos. My videos on mobile work for instance very badly: either it does not open, or they open but they react badly. Do you know where the problem may come from? A compatibility problem ? I can send you the link of my site if need, so that it does not appear in the Google pages, that it is not referenced. Is it well in the box envisaged at the top Link to the page you need help with ?
    For information, I integrated the videos with Elementor and I use WP Rocket.

    Hi @focuswp,

    Maybe try deactivating lazy loading iFrames in WPRocket first. If that doesn’t work, I will try to replicate the issue.

    Complianz will block iFrames before loading, which might be construed as lazy loading already:)

    Hello Aert,

    I have disabled the lazy loading of iFrames in WPRocket but that does not change anything.

    If you need the link from my site, could you tell me how I have to send it to you to make sure it will not appear on Google pages?

    Maybe add it here e.g., complianz(space) . (space) io

    or log a support ticket at above URL.

    I created a sandbox, it would be helpful if you added your settings “WP Rocket > Tools > Export Settings” as well.

    Ok, I sent a ticket on complianz.io/support/.
    I also wanted to clarify that it is not possible to set cookies on mobile. The settings link has disappeared at the bottom of the page.

    Hi @focuswp,

    Thanks. The settings link is the revoke button, which is hidden on mobile for user experience. You can however still revoke on the cookie policy itself, if needed.
