Unfortunately it seems not to be possible with YouTube shortcode to force YouTube caption by adding YouTube URL parameters (&cc_lang_pref=fr&cc_load_policy=1).

It would be great if you could support this YouTube feature as well. Maybe even make it an option to add parameters automatically: Subtitle [yes/no], Language [dropdown]
