YouTube movie size ignored

    Fresh install of WP 4.0, downloaded the Minamaze theme.
    When I add a page, switch to Text view and the following code (as taken from YouTube share and embed):

    <iframe width=”320″ height=”215″ src=”//www.youtube.com/embed/WKwed2DtRMI” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

    The width and height parameters are ignored and the YouTube movie is displayed at maximum width and appears to be cropped.

    How can I have my preferred YouTube size being accepted and have cropping disabled?
