Youtube Meta Link Wrong

Hello, I have tried uninstalling, resetting, trying different ways to make this work properly but I cant seem to be able to fix it so I come here to look for answers.
My problem is with the (tern_wp_youtube_video_meta_data)Box where the link for the youtube channel seems to be wrong for the Video that is displayed on the Website.
