FV Free version with YouTube not responsive

    I’m using the Avada theme and the free version of FV Player. When I embed the shortcode for the player, the YouTube video plays but it starts off not responsive…meaning the player goes outside of the screen. How can I have it start in a responsive way to mobile and non-mobile?

    Hi watchthepix,

    The free version of FV Player currently doesn’t support YouTube videos (they are supported in FV Player Pro). What you are getting is probably the default YouTube iframe. The responsibility of the video box is more dependent on your theme settings, though.

    ah ok, thanks. There’s an easter sale for 20% off the plugin in the free version at the top of settings, but when i go to make the purchase, it’s not applying. how can i get the promotion?

    The current price of FV Player Pro ($75) is the discounted one. The banner is outdated, I apologize for that, but we will replace it soon.
