Hello, It looks like the lightbox plugin is having conflict, can you please try deactivating it and try? Also, drop us an email to info at acurax dot com and so we can schedule a time and provide live support and troubleshoot via skype or other instant messengers.

It works without the plugin. I would need to contact the other plugin support then correct?
Hello,
It looks like, the plugin looks for all youtube links and set it to load for lightbox to help the visitors easy view youtube videos, If you want a quick fix for this, you can go to http://goo.gl/ and make a short link for your youtube channel and use it as the youtube link in our plugin settings. So the lightbox plugin will not treat this link as youtube link.
