Youtube counter not retrieved

    The YouTube counter is not automatically retrieved on my site. I have taken the UserID and ChannelID for my account and entered them on the UserName and ChannelID respectively. This resulted in a ‘0’. When I changed my UserName into the the actual user name (both the original youtube.com/user/UserName and the newer channel name youtube.com/c/ChannelName) I get a ‘0’ as well.

    Right now I’m at a loss and keep track of the number manually (luckily there’s not much activity YET there right now), but I’d love to know what I am doing wrong here.

    What is your Youtube user name and channel ID?

    The username is ‘reizla’ (youtube.com/user/reizla) or AlexErne (youtube.com/c/AlexErne). The ChannelID is UCzak4o5L1pEw9WNRIapnG3Q

    Youtube changed their API, we are updating our plugin. It will work again starting with the next version of the plugin.
