Youtube Channel plugin channel link not working

    Hi
    I have the plugin and my video thumbnail is working correctly in my sidebar, however, the link below the thumbnail to my channel just will not work – I always end up at Yandex search! I believe I have populated the settings fields correctly and have tried using full urls as well as just the channel id’s (just in case the instructions were wrong) but nothing is working. My channel address uses “channel”, not “user” and I have clicked the box for this in the settings. The site in question is; thepianonoob.com

    OK, I fixed it. The plugin has settings in the main dashboard menu and also directly from the widget. I was setting it up from the dashboard menu but this was not updating the widget. If you are using the widget, you need to set it up from the widget drop-down settings fields.

    Hi there,

    Yes, global settings are defaults for _new_ widgets and shortcodes w/o in-shortcode options.

    Global settings does not have effect for already configured widgets.
