YouTube can't be auto started in "Custom Community" theme

    I installed a wp with “Custom Community” theme on local wamp server, I tried to auto play a youtube video but failed with these two plugins: PRO Player, WP YouTube Player

    They both claim to be able to auto play youtube clip.

    I am not sure if there is anything I missed? Can anyone tell me what plugin I can use and how to embed the code to auto start the clip?
