I have the icons in the footer. Clicking the Twitter icon does nothing, and rolling over the YouTube icon throws an error popup. Clicking it does nothing. I’m very sure I have the addresses configured correctly in the settings. For YouTube, I tried both the User name and the channel ID. Any idea why these don’t work?

For Youtube, that is typically the case if you selected username, but entered the channel, or vice versa. Could you please double check that this information is correct, and save it?

Which functions did you give to the Twitter icon?

Twitter seems to work fine for me: https://www.screencast.com/t/peuS4JcM. You don’t see this tooltip in your browser?

Thanks for the fast reply. The client’s YouTube channel is:
    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUxGFqzBgqiOJ2PlcvH7RHA

I tried the channel name by itself and also with the full URL. Their user name is Flemington UMC. I tried with and without a space in the name, and with various case options.

On the Twitter icon, I do see the popup when I roll the mouse over, but nothing happens when I click.

Ok, you have to click on the icon which appears in the tooltip. Note that our premium plugin (https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/) doesn’t show this tooltip but shares after direct click on the icon.

Regarding youtube, we tested it with Channel ID UCUxGFqzBgqiOJ2PlcvH7RHA and it worked fine. Please try again, and ensure you don’t have any spaces at the end etc. Also please clear cache.

Deleting and replacing the ID several times got the YouTube button to work one time. So I bought and installed the premium edition. Clicking the button redirects to the YouTube channel, but there is still no option to subscribe. As you said, there is no tooltip visible in the premium edition. This is what the settings screen shows:

Ok, could you please raise a support ticket for that? You can do it at the top of the premium plugin. Thank you!
