Sounds like you need to fix your website to include image uploads, then you won’t have that issue.
We don’t have that issue: you just need to use a supported image hoster to get those links to show up. Some instructions for that are here.

We are trying to replicate the Judge.me widget that is shown on another one of our websites: https://nomadicsupply.com, but it doesn’t, at all. It’s broken, pretty ugly, and doesn’t function…it also has large blank white spaces in it for no reason, rather than text.

The reviews slider style on your site could be affected by a third-party plugin. I suggest you try to clear the cache (Breeze) and deactivate other plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue.
The hosting company says, “All caches cleared, widget still does not function or appear correctly.”
