 * i am using Amazon Lightsail , and installed Lets encrypt SSL as well.
    but in
   lightsail , I am not able to change wordpress site address ( http to https ) 
   in settings

   Please let me know how can i access wp-config file and make changes Step by Step

 * Your question implies that you have no clue how to even access a Linux server
   from the command line, let alone manage it. And this makes me wonder why you 
   chose to use a self-managed VPS platform like Lightsail to host your website…
   instead of a shared or managed hosting service where the pros manage the server
   for you.
 * You may use this WordPress File Manager plugin to access your WordPress website’s
   files on the server and edit the `wp-config.php` file in the browser: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/)
 * You should definitely create a full-site backup of your site before you do this,
   as the least mistake while editing your `wp-config.php` file this way will bring
   down your site completely.
