I have just updated on my test sites, and everything went well.

It was a silly-silly mistake, which ruins lots of sites. I am terribly sorry for that.

If you do not want the plugin anymore, you need to remove these options from the database.

Options table with option_name:

mobile_contact_bar
mobile_contact_bar_version

Usermeta table with meta_key:

%mobile_contact_bar%
%mobile-contact-bar%
