Have you ever checked whether the lazy loading functionality for default theme images is functioning properly? I’ve been observing this issue for over a month now, and it seems that the lazy loading feature in your theme is not working.

I’ve verified this across five different sites of mine, and the problem persists consistently. Could you please consider updating this feature?

  • Hello @allonlinetools

What do you exactly mean that it doesn’t work? What images are you trying to apply the lazy loading on?

We can only control images that come from our side, such as the featured image of a post, product images and so forth. Images that are part of the content area of a page or post are controlled directly by WordPress and/or the page builder that you’re using.

Could you maybe get back to us with more information on the matter?

    Thanks.

I was referring to the lazy loading functionality specifically for images within the content body.

    Hello @allonlinetools

Ah, that would actually be a different thing. Content images are not controlled by us, but by the editor that you have chosen to use. It would be impossible to modify the behaviour of these editors from our end, since every one works in a different way.

I would suggest directly enquiring the support staff of the page builder that you’re using. They should have more information on what’s happening.

    Thanks.
