I received this message, and it appears there are three areas where templates in the Weaver II theme need to be updated. Their forum says to look here. Can I just copy the template files from the Woocommerce folder into a theme folder? I would assume this won’t work, as the theme templates are different for a reason…

Yes, you can copy the WC template files into theme folder.

Here is the resource you can review http://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/ for overriding WooCommerce template files.

This is something you need to contact your theme author about. Most likely copying it over will not work correctly because your theme has probably modified it. So another words copying the default ones over will get rid of the message but may break your layout.
