    Trying to check on my pro tickets but your site is completely down. Any ETA on it being back up again??

    Hello Jennifer

    Thank you very much for reporting. We have fixed the database error so the site works fine. The downtime duration was about 10 hours, so we decided to start using downtime monitoring tool which will help us prevent this in the future.

    That’s great, but now no one is addressing support tickets. I’ve been waiting almost a week, and I’m a paid PRO member. Please advise?
