# Your site does not support background processing

 * `https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wc_square_background_sync_test`
 * gives the expected response [TEST_LOOPBACK] when **logged out** of WordPress,
   but shows failed response 0 when **logged in**.
 * I have contacted my web hosting provider (Siteground) for support, they have 
   informed me that loopback is enabled and no other settings should be blocking
   background processing.
 * The end result is that my client can not sync their products from Square to WordPress
   CMS, or vice versa. At the very most we have some products partially syncing.
 * Can you please advise on how to move forward? Please do not simply close this
   ticket, this is a recurring problem for users of this plugin.

 * It is strange that Background Processing is not working on your site, and the
   sync URL shows the failed response when logged off.
 * That is not the default or expected behaviour when using the WooCommerce Square
   extension.
 * I wonder if this is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict.
 * This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or
   with another plugin.
      Can you please try the plugin conflict test based on 
   the steps below and see if it helps?
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Square
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by
