Your Ship to Packstation or Paketshop on frontend is totaly user unfriendly!!!

    Dear Team,

    Your Ship to Packstation or Paketshop on Frontend is totaly user unfriendly and makes no sense to customers!!!
    We are losing every day customers because of it!

    We are getting crazy and a lot of people in germany have the same problem, we need a solution for that. A lot of people also have complained about it here in the forum already.

    Problems that occure:

    1. See this Screenshot: https://pix.sfly.com/F9nOez Why is the button getting shown, no matter if Choose Privat Adress or not? Why is it not conditionally showing when customer selectes ship to Paketshop or Packsation? So it is just confusing.

    2. Why is the big blue Button not there where you have to put the Name and Number of the Packstation or Paketshop and right on the top?

    3. Customer is not understanding, that the blue button on the top is even a button

    4. See this Screenshot: https://pix.sfly.com/1XkHN5 When Customer pressed the Button and choosed the Shop or Station the Customer is not getting shown that he can select it. The customer has to scroll down to see the select button. I havn’t found it either. I needed 5 minutes. Very Bad.

    5. See this Screenshot: https://pix.sfly.com/uH0AHO Why is it called “Straße” in English “Street” when it is actually the name of the Packsation or Shop??? Why is the label not changing when the customer is choosing ship to Packstation or Paketshop?? That is very very confusing!

    Pleace do us a favour and change the concept of your shipping adress page. It is very making us angry. We had to deactivate it, because a lot of customers are going away or chatting us because they don’t understand it. But now we have to do it manually when a customer wants to ship to Pakstation or Paketshop and that is costing us time and money too. We are paying so much money on DHL and DHL is such abig company, we really tought that your Plugin would be more professional.
