Shortcodes not working with portfolio

I am a web developer and used this plugin on many sites. But now accrding to my requirement installed this portfolio plugin. But its not converting shortcodes into visual effect. just showing shortcode as it is.

Need your help how can i make it compatible with portfolio plugin.
