Your Name or Company Field Not Editable?

    Hello, I am unable to edit this field (it’s greyed out and not editable):

    Your Name or Company — the From display name of the email that is sent to the emails you have set in the E-mail(s) To field.

    How can I edit this field? I don’t want to re-create a new form from scratch. Duplicating the form doesn’t allow me to edit that field either.
