There are three options here (other than purchasing a premium add-on). First, some PayPal accounts include the option to pay with a card instead of logging in to the account when the donor is taken away to PayPal. That’s a feature dependent on your settings at PayPal, and in our experience is often a paid feature or one that the account has to be grandfathered into. You’d need to check with PayPal on that.
The second option is that you can process offline donations using Give, and have donors mail checks, and record it that way. See our documentation here for that: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/offline-donations/
Finally, you can custom develop a payment gateway to interface with Give. It is built so that developers can hook into the core functionality with their own functions and functionality.
