on my website. https://boonehemp.com when you add a product to the cart then click on view cart it will say that the cart is empty, this happens even when i disable all other plugins and even change the theme to a stock theme, it still occurs, i have checked with my hosting company and there is not even any server side caching going on so i am at a loss, this used to work great but suddenly is not working.

Also to note, when a user is logged in you can add to cart and view cart but when you go to check out the bottom two fields have a spinning loading symbol that never moves on.

when a user is not logged in the cart will just say empty.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Although many of our customers reside in countries where CBD products are legalized, the production and sales in the US – where our parent company (Automattic Inc.) is registered – are highly regulated.

As a consequence, we are currently unable to offer support for any WooCommerce site that sells CBD oil, whether or not the CBD oil is over or under 0.3% THC and whether it is derived from hemp or cannabis.

Please note that this is not a judgment call on the legitimacy of your business. Because of our registration, there are some limitations from our side.

You are welcome to continue using the core WooCommerce plugin, as a connection to WooCommerce.com is not required for the plugin to function. We are, however, not able to offer any support for your site, nor will you be able to get automatic updates for our products. Keep in mind that some website hosts and payment gateways also have similar restrictions in place.

I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.

    Kind regards,
