• Initially was frustrated & unhappy. SumoMe redirected me and deleted several hours of work.

I’ve given it another try and, so far, am quite pleased, so I’ve changed my review.

If it holds up, I will increase rating to 5 stars.

I’ve tried no fewer than 7 different optin popups the past 2 years. Some free, some paid. One of them actually worked pretty well for a year… Then problem after problem and their tech support was nice, but unhelpful. Their (paid) optin product required me to constantly troubleshoot and also check for incompatibilities with my other wordpress plugins (ones I never change or add to and all are top/mainstream plugins).

This brought me to a number of other plugins I downloaded and tried.

All were immediately unimpressive and deleted.

As mentioned, Sumo was initially frustrating and disappointing, but on second chance, it seems to be working well.

I hope it continues as Sumo’s interface and capabilities are far superior to other optin plugins. Even the ones I’ve paid for that are, in addition to Sumo, considered the best.
